BMW 318ti compact in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire for sale

Fantastic 318 compact for sale have owned the car for 2 years nearly and it has had everything it's needed. Recently had 2 new tyres on the rear, it still has mot on it until November. Still have all the service books and various receipts for work that has been done over the years. Standard car mats that clip to the floor and a clean interior. The outside is clean and polishes up really well the front arches have just started to bubble as you can see in the pictures. 98500 miles may go up slightly but that's still low for the age of the car. The car does have a tracker fitted to it but I have never registered it. I only have one key for the car. It does have remote central locking that opens the car but when locked with the key fob it sometimes sets the alarm off so I lock it in the door this has never really bothered me so never had it looked at. The alloy wheels on the car could do with a refurb but they not that bad for the age of the car and I've never had chance to stand it to get them done. Only selling the car as I've brought a van other wise I would keep it.
